Access Driver Training, based in West Ashby just outside Horncastle in Lincolnshire and we run Compulsory Basic Training (CBT), Direct Access Scheme (DAS) motorbike training and B+E trailer training courses.
We are ideally located for customers from Horncastle, Louth, Spilsby, Market Rasen, Coningsby, Tattershall and Wragby.
We have our own purpose-built training area as well as friendly & experienced staff so you can learn at your own pace and be on the road in no time at all.
Our Training Philosophy
We won’t tell you that you need a 3 or 4 day course when you can be more than prepared after just a day or two.
We will give you the very best training over a 1, 2 or 3 day period, with either a 1-1 tuition or 1-2 tuition when requested.
For our trailer training courses we will provide the use of a modern, easy to use vehicle coupled with a Box trailer that is weighted and fully compliant to the DVSA Test requirements.
For our Compulsory Basic Training you will have the use of a fully insured, ‘modern’ scooter or 125cc bike.
For our Direct Access we use SV 650’s.
Our training is not split into lots of short sessions where you have to keep coming back. We recognise that your time is precious so we aim to get you fully prepared and hopefully passed as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Safety is of the utmost importance to us. We will not allow anyone who we believe is not fully ready to progress to a test or allow them out onto the open road.
We at Access Driver Training are part of Access Your Future Ltd.
As well as Access Driver Training, Access your Future Ltd also offers:
- Wheels 2 Work Lincolnshire; an affordable transport solution offering scooter hire to individuals struggling to get to work, college or training.
- Access Motorcycle Tours; offering guided motorcycle tours around Europe.
Access Your Future Ltd is run by Chris Jones, a passionate biker for over 30 years who regularly enjoys riding around the UK and Europe on his Triumph Tiger 1200 XRT.
Access your Future Ltd is a social enterprise and, as such, any profits made from its driver training and motorcycle tours are reinvested into Wheels 2 Work Lincolnshire. This means that we can make more mopeds/scooters available to those struggling to get around the county.
