Trailer Training for Employers
We offer trailer training for employers who have employees who are expected to (and legally are allowed to) tow but have never been provided with any formal training.
As well as our usual B+E test towing courses we offer a driver duty of care training and assessment course to companies where employees are required to tow but where no formal towing training has been carried out.
The course is designed for those employees who already have the B+E entitlement because they passed their test prior to 1st January 1997 and have therefore not been required to take and pass the B+E test.
The course covers coaching and an assessment on reversing, uncoupling and coupling, legal matters and considerations as well as an on-road driving assessment. Employers will then receive a report on the assessment as well as areas where coaching was required.
All of our courses can be carried out 1:1 with our instructor or as a 2:1 is you have multiple employees who require trailer training. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and pricing.
